Vegan Oreo Cheesecake
🍰 Easy Vegan Oreo Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 20 Oreo cookies (or any chocolate sandwich cookie)
- 8 oz vegan cream cheese (e.g. Daiya brand)
- 1 (9 oz) container of So Delicious CocoWhip or any other vegan “cool whip”
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Oreo Cookie Crust or any store-bought Oreo cookie pie crust
Directions
- In a mixing bowl (stand mixer or hand mixer), beat the vegan cream cheese until soft and smooth. Add in sugar and vanilla and mix.
- Fold in the CocoWhip on low speed.
- Break 20 Oreo cookies into small/medium pieces (based on preferred texture) and fold into the mixture.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly into your pie crust.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mixture will set as it chills — enjoy the next day!
