Vegan Oreo Cheesecake

🍰 Easy Vegan Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients

  1. 20 Oreo cookies (or any chocolate sandwich cookie)
  2. 8 oz vegan cream cheese (e.g. Daiya brand)
  3. 1 (9 oz) container of So Delicious CocoWhip or any other vegan “cool whip”
  4. 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. Oreo Cookie Crust or any store-bought Oreo cookie pie crust

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl (stand mixer or hand mixer), beat the vegan cream cheese until soft and smooth. Add in sugar and vanilla and mix.
  2. Fold in the CocoWhip on low speed.
  3. Break 20 Oreo cookies into small/medium pieces (based on preferred texture) and fold into the mixture.
  4. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly into your pie crust.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mixture will set as it chills — enjoy the next day!
