Vegan Street Dogs

🧾 Ingredients
- Beyond Sausage Brat Original
- Hot dog buns of choice
- 1 green pepper, sliced very thin
- 1 white onion, sliced very thin
- Ketchup
- Vegan mayo
- Spicy mustard (optional)
👩🍳 Directions
- Heat a large skillet with olive oil. Sauté onions and peppers until soft and translucent.
- Add brat sausages to the skillet and cook for about 6 minutes, rotating constantly.
- (Optional) While veggies are cooking, toast hot dog buns in the oven.
- Spread a thin layer of vegan mayo inside each bun.
- Add cooked brat sausage and top with sautéed peppers and onions. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard. Enjoy!
