Vegan Graham Cracker Pie Crust

🧾 Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups of vegan graham cracker crumbs (process in food processor until fine — about 1½ packages)
- 6 tbsp melted vegan butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
👩🍳 Directions
- In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients (crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon). Pour in melted butter.
- Work best stirring with a fork until everything is blended.
- Press mixture into a standard pie plate (9 inch). Press all along the bottom and sides with a fork to flatten and press into place.
- Refrigerate for an hour or so, and then use in your pie recipe!
