Ingredients
- 2.5 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal (freshly ground is ideal)
Directions
- Combine water and flax meal in a small bowl or container.
- Let sit for 10–15 minutes until it thickens to an egg-like consistency.
- Use as an egg replacement in your favorite recipes — 1 flax egg = 1 egg.
