Vegan Cheeseburger

🍔 Classic Vegan Cheeseburger
Ingredients
- Beyond Meat Burgers
- Follow Your Heart American Cheese Slices
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Avocado, sliced
- Ketchup (or any dressing of choice)
- Vegan mayo
- Hamburger bun of choice
Directions
- Cook Beyond Burgers according to package instructions.
(About 4 minutes per side on a frying pan.) Once flipped, place a cheese slice on top and cook until melted. - While the burger is cooking, toast the buns and spread mayo, ketchup, or your favorite dressing.
- Place cooked burger on bun, then add tomato and avocado. Serve hot and enjoy!
