Vegan Cheeseburger

🍔 Classic Vegan Cheeseburger

Ingredients

  1. Beyond Meat Burgers
  2. Follow Your Heart American Cheese Slices
  3. 1 tomato, sliced
  4. Avocado, sliced
  5. Ketchup (or any dressing of choice)
  6. Vegan mayo
  7. Hamburger bun of choice

Directions

  1. Cook Beyond Burgers according to package instructions.
    (About 4 minutes per side on a frying pan.) Once flipped, place a cheese slice on top and cook until melted.
  2. While the burger is cooking, toast the buns and spread mayo, ketchup, or your favorite dressing.
  3. Place cooked burger on bun, then add tomato and avocado. Serve hot and enjoy!
