Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews, soaked in water (24 hours preferred, or at least 2 hours in boiling water)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Dash of onion powder
- 3 grinds of black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if desired. Enjoy!
