Avocado Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chickpeas
  • 2 small to medium avocados
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth but still a little chunky.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This creamy avocado hummus brings a fresh twist to traditional hummus. It’s great as a dip, sandwich spread, or paired with veggies. Keep it chilled and eat within 2 days for best flavor and color retention.
